Van der Valk – Wittenburg Village

IP Siebel supports the Dutch Van der Valk Group in the development of the Hamburg-Wittenburg location by providing supervision for the overall project.
The architecture comes from the Dutch office Kern from Roermond.

The existing ski hall and the hotel from 2006 are to be expanded in the coming years to include a holiday resort, consisting of 100 holiday homes with 200 holiday apartments. The two-story hotel will be expanded and expanded to a capacity of 279 beds.

In addition, an indoor swimming pool with a wellness area will be built, which can also be used for school sports in the surrounding schools.
The reception building of the ski hall will also be redesigned and will provide space for various modern leisure activities for a wide range of visitors.
As the final building block, the factory outlet center completes the overall concept with a diverse sales offering on 12,500 m² of sales space.
